Avon Still Calling After 124 Years!
Avon Calling, ding dong! I have heard of Avon constantly all through my life! Where I live, in England, ladies who need some pocket money have always become Avon reps, because there are always people ready to buy! I think that little brochure (well there only used to be one!) helped alot, everyone would want to take it home and peruse it. IBeauty products are always wanted, especially when the prices are so good. We still get one delivered through our door every few months even now. The less motivated of the Avon ladies would just hand around the brochure at work, but still regularly got orders.
So it is qute an eye opener for me to discover how big Avon really is!
Avon is the world largest direct seller with over $10 Billion in annual revenue and shows no signs of stopping! They have around 6.2 million independent Sales Reps in 143 countries! Wow! In the popularity rankings for MLM's, they are top out of over 600 MLM companies! What is amazing is that Avon has been going since 1886!! The Avon range has grown from just beauty products to include fashion and home products.
And the recession does not seem to have affected Avon! This is due to a number of factors; free home delivery, personal service, great product range, and of course the most important - prices!
Avon ladies (and men now!) all over the world are earning some extra money, but if they want to build a full time income, they do need to get other people to join their business. Unfortunately the old school methods of getting people into your business just do not work anymore. And this is where Avon falls short. They do not have an online marketing system for their reps to use.
Because to build a massive Avon business you need to be working on the internet as well as locally. Everyday frustrated MLM reps who are not building their business as quickly as they want, come online to look for a solution!
What you need to do is to find a online marketing system that can teach you the basic principles of marketing on the internet and lead you by the hand and show you how to find leads who will want to join your Avon business and will want to use the same system as you, so they can get the same results as you.
Avon has come an incredibly long way since 1886! The business is still thriving because they have products everyone still wants, they keep up with new innovations and they advertise alot. And reps are still joining up each day!
