How to Get Rid of Man Boobs and Chest Fat
Man boobs are awkward and upsetting condition. There are many men who suffer from this awkward condition and have tried to cure without success. This is because it can sometimes be a serious problem, which may need more than just a little diet and exercise to cure. The medical term for man boobs is gynecomastia, which basically means women breast. There are two types of man boobs.
1. Male breasts caused by a medical condition or medication that the man is taking.
2. Pseudogynecomastia which is generally due to obesity.
We find man boobs occurring in newborn baby. Their tiny breasts appear enlarged due to the mother’s hormones. In young adolescent teenage boys, this condition sometimes reoccurs not because of the mother hormones but due to an inequity in their own hormone levels. This type of man boobs condition is considered a medical condition. While it is not a dangerous condition it can be a sign of a more serious underlying medical condition and should be appropriately diagnosed by a doctor. In teenaged boys male boobs condition corrects itself in a few years as the hormone levels tend to equal out. If the teenaged boy weight is normal, than this condition should cure itself and the breast will return to normal in a few years. If this condition is associated with an obese boy than a diet and exercise program, yoga can be introduced to help with reduction.
If it is developed in older males then it can be more difficult to diagnose. In 25% of man boobs cases the occurrence is mysterious or not known. There are several medicines that can cause the development of man boobs. There are also many medical circumstances that are also linked with the development of man boobs. The obvious reason would be fatness. If you are a male with chest fat, trying a diet and exercise program to reduce the fat is a great first step.
No matter what your age or weight if you are suffering from chest fat or man boobs it is important to speak to a doctor about your problem. This problem can corrected with no trouble by changing medications or discovering and treating an underlying condition. It is very important to remember that it is not a dangerous problem but it can be a sign of a dangerous problem such as testicular cancer, chronic kidney disease, or chronic liver disease. There are a lot of reasons why you are developing chest fat and it is always best to have this problem checkout by a doctor.
