Attitude 2: Optimism. Having a positive mind is also the key in landing a job. Eventually this can be your guiding tool along with persistence in order to fire that eagerness to still work in spite of the age and the physique factor. Attitude 3: Passion. Another big attitude that must never leave your mind and your heart is to have the passion to work. Thus, even if you are already a retired mentor looking for a job, simply exude these qualities and for sure you will be one step ahead of the other younger applicants.
