The Right Way To Reduce Permanent Lines And Look Younger Naturally Without Surgery
Tell me truthfully – have you been worrying about those permanent lines on your forehead? Or those ones around your eyes or mouth? Perhaps, as you gaze into the mirror each morning, you long to get rid of them or at least make them fade a little. I'll make a small bet with you – you've probably also thought about cosmetic surgery, injections or laser treatment.
Well, I'm here to tell you that you don't have to resort to drastic – and expensive – treatments to make a difference to those permanent lines marking your skin. There's a more gentle and natural way to smooth your complexion, without side effects or great expense.
Diet
First of all, before you even consider applying treatments to your face, you need to think about your diet and about how it could be affecting your skin. There's no point working on your complexion only from the outside – skin care starts from within with high quality nutrients.
Look for foods high in antioxidants and minerals. Antioxidants will combat the damage caused by the free radicals we are subject to in our daily lives, which damage cells and cause wrinkles and lines. Good foods to look out for include spinach, blueberries and other berry fruits, and carrots. Zinc and selenium, which are found in seafood, beef, chicken and nuts will also work to repair cell damage and start to smooth those permanent lines.
Toxins
Next, take a look at the toxins you could be exposing your face to. Smoking and breathing in second-hand smoke will accelerate the aging process, as will toxic fumes from cars and factories.
You might not be able to change where you live but at least try to avoid tobacco smoke wherever possible.
Sun exposure
Now we need to look at how much sun you are getting on your skin.
A little bit of sun each day is absolutely necessary for good health. We need several minutes of sun every day to create vitamin D for our bone health but be careful not to overdo it. Too much sun will allow ultraviolet rays to penetrate the skin's layers, which breaks down the elastin, resulting in more permanent lines and wrinkles.
Skin care
Now that we have discussed diet, toxins and sun, we can talk about what treatments you can use to combat those permanent lines. Rather than surgery, injections and lasers, think about starting a good skin care regime.
My best advice for skin care is to look for products that contain natural ingredients. Avoid products that are nothing more than a long list of chemicals. They'll just compound the problems by damaging the cells even more – even if they cost a lot and smell nice!
There are two particular ingredients that I recommend you look for (though there are many others I don't have room to describe here).
Coenzyme Q10 is a natural antioxidant found in our own bodies. A special nano-emulsion form, called Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10, is now available in select skin care products. This special emulsion makes CoQ10 available to the skin, which then penetrates the skin's layers to attack the free radicals accumulating there.
Phytessence wakame is a wonderful natural ingredient derived from Japanese sea kelp. Another antioxidant, it stops the body losing its essential supplies of hyaluronic acid, which glues the fibers of collagen and elastin together. This results in a smoother, more wrinkle free complexion.
You can also keep an eye out for active manuka honey, derived from a New Zealand bush, which repairs and strengthens collagen, keeping permanent lines at bay.
And my final word of advice?
Apart from expensive and perhaps even dangerous surgery, there's no instant fix for permanent lines. Even if you follow every bit of my advice that I've listed here, you won't wake up tomorrow morning and find those dreaded lines gone. You can smooth them out and make them less noticeable but it will take time and they're not going to disappear for good.
And you know what? It doesn't matter. The lines on your face, particularly the ones made when you laugh or smile or frown, are a part of you and your personality. You wouldn't really want to wipe those out in an instant – you'd have no expression left on your face at all!
So if you really want to reduce those permanent lines and avoid creating new ones, pay attention to your diet, avoid smoking and other toxins, get a little sun but not too much, and start a regular skin care regime. And stop worrying!
If you would like to know more about reducing permanent lines and wrinkles and about how to look after your skin, why not take a moment to visit my website, where I'll show you what I do myself to reduce the visible signs of aging.

Mark $51.99 "Fitzroy Dearborn is pleased to announce an historic event in religious reference publishing -- Ancient Christian Commentary on Scripture. Already eight years in development under the general editorship of Thomas C. Oden, the first six volumes have now been released: Mark; Romans; Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians; I Corinthians; Colossians; and the General Epistles.>Scripture today is interpreted primarily from the perspective of post-Enlightenment thinkers. Earlier commentary, particularly that of the renowned church fathers -- Ambrose, Chrysostom, Augustine, etc. -- has largely been lost to us. These early patristic writings are now rarely consulted -- not because they lack interest but because many of them have not been translated; still others are not readily available in reliable editions.>Ancient Christian Commentary on Scripture is a truly unique resource: when completed, it will include 27 volumes encompassing the entire Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, plus the Apocrypha. On each page readers will find the text of scripture, line by line, accompanied by the relevant commentary (in English) of the early church fathers. The salient insights, rhetorical power and unique exegeses of these great thinkers will now be available to readers in the 21st century.>Ancient Christian Commentary on Scripture is possible only now, for it relies on computer searches of the ancient Greek, Latin, Coptic and Syriac patristic texts to identify and isolate commentary on individual books of the Bible. Volume editors (who together constitute an illustrious team of Biblical scholars) review and select the best expositions and analyses from dedicated Biblical commentary as well as from theentire range of patristic writings, including sermons, homilies, letters, and theological translations. Ancient Christian Commentary on Scripture is thus an unprecedented international undertaking, involving the expertise of computer experts and translators as well as that of hundreds of Protestant, Orthodox, and Roman Catholic scholars from around the world.>Ancient Christian Commentary on Scripture is dedicated to reclaiming for the modern reader classic commentary on the entire Christian canon: 21st century scholars, librarians, teachers, and students of the Bible will gain unequalled access to the most profound and enduring commentary by the early church fathers, from Element of Rome in the 2nd century to John of Damascus in the 8th century.>Fitzroy Dearborn expects great demand from libraries around the world for this extraordinary reference project, and very large initial printings allow us to price individual volumes at only $40 each. It is our hope that, at this price, even the smallest libraries will be able to afford this landmark work, which will be issued over a period of five years. Fitzroy Dearborn will record standing orders." |
