Crime Hits Small Town America
The Big City equals Big Crime to many people's minds, however now that we are in tough times, it's no longer just the big city that's feeling crime. It has now moved onto the smaller villages, towns and cities across America. They are now feeling things like car burglaries and car thefts, not to mention other crimes that involve local residents in their homes, and places of work.
Shots Ring Out
Beautiful small towns with their quaint homes, graced by petunias and hydrangeas along the front porch seem to vie with Norman Rockwell's paintings, but not all is as peaceful and serene as it first appears. Back when a shot rang out in the town, it was because of hunters hunting in the nearby woody expanses, but now when a shot rings out, it may be that another citizen of the charming little town has been gunned down.
Quiet villages are being impacted by violent crimes, and the percentages that mark the amount of crimes perpetrated against the residents of each tiny burg is downright frightening.

Granted, there is some government solace being felt throughout some States who have stepped up their Internet connections, and "wanted" descriptions as well as allowing the public to enter what was heretofore only accessible by law enforcement.
